 Job Purpose: 

Provides clerical support to Administrative office.

Essential Functions: 

  • Data entry in donor database, excel or other programs
  • Assemble, label and post small mailings
  • Assist with preparation for Agency fundraisers
  • Assist at Agency fundraisers
  • Assist with correspondence and mailing
  • Maintain and update departmental manuals and inventories
  • Assist Administrative Managers/Staff with special projects

Nonessential Functions: 

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Demonstrated Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of databases

Physical Demands: 

  • Lift light equipment used in performing job responsibilities
